10:30 AM: Call time for Marchers – meet in Band Room, help load, march to stadium
11:00 AM-12:30: Rehearsal in stadium
12:30-1:30 PM: Load equipment and uniforms
1:30-2:45 PM: Lunch break (you may leave campus if you like)
2:45 PM: Return to MP for final loading and departure
3:00 PM: Depart MPHS for Blythewood, SC
4:45-5:30 PM: Arrive, unload, Change into uniforms
5:30-6:25 PM: Warm Up
6:35 PM: Arrival at field gate
6:45 PM: Downbeat of “Firsts in Flight”
7:00-9:00 PM: Change out of and hang uniforms, put away equipment, re-enter stadium to eat and watch remaining performances
9:00-9:30 PM: Awards ceremony
9:45 PM: Departure from Blythewood
11:15 PM: Return to MPHS (unload, put away equipment and uniforms

• Come hydrated but also bring your own water
• YOU must remember your tall BLACK SOCKS and Band Shoes!
