09:30 AM-Noon Pictures (arrive ready to put on your uniform)
Noon-1:00 PM Lunch break
01:00 PM Call time for rehearsal, march to the stadium
01:15-02:45 PM Rehearsal
02:45-04:15 PM Load (students are responsible for getting their instrument to the truck and bagging their uniform…you are free to leave after you’ve done those things.
04:15-05:00 PM Break
05:00 PM All members meet in Band Room for final departure
05:15 PM Departure from MPHS – Eat in route (meal will be provided)
06:00 PM Arrival at Robinson HS
06:20-06:50 PM Change into uniforms
06:55-07:35 PM Warm up period
07:55 PM Gate
08:00 PM MPMM Performance – “’Tis the Season”
08:20-09:00 PM Change and hang up uniforms, re-enter stadium, eat, watch remaining bands
09:00-09:30 PM Awards
09:30 PM Departure from Robinson
10:15 PM Return to MP. Put away equipment, clean up, go home
