02:45-04:15 PM   Load (students are responsible for getting their instrument to the truck and bagging their uniform… you are free to have a break after you’ve done those things.
04:15 PM   All members meet in Band Room for final departure
04:30 PM   Departure from MPHS
05:30 PM   Arrival at MHS
05:45-06:15 PM   Change into uniforms
06:30-07:00 PM   Warm up period
07:10 PM   Gate
07:15 PM   MPMM Performance – “’Tis the Season”
07:30-09:30 PM   Change and hang up uniforms, re-enter stadium, eat, watch remaining bands
09:30-10:15 PM   Awards
10:30 PM   Departure from MHS
11:30 PM   Return to MP. Put away equipment, clean up, go home

Notes and Reminders

• Bring cash for dinner at concession stands
• Come hydrated but also bring your own water
• YOU must remember your tall BLACK SOCKS and Band Shoes!
