Myers Park HS Bands Fall 2021 Concert

Call Times:

• Concert and Symphonic Band – please be in your seat on stage by 6:30 PM
• Wind Ensemble and Jazz Band – please be seated in the auditorium (with your instrument if possible) no later than 6:45 PM

Attire: All Black!

• Black dress pants/skirt with a black button-down shirt or blouse OR a black dress
• Black shoes
• Skirts/dresses must be mid-calf in length

COVID safety protocols

• Masks must be worn by all performers and audience members
• Audience members should distance as much as possible from other patrons outside of their household

Order of performances

1. Concert/Symphonic Band (3 pieces)
2. Wind Ensemble (4 pieces)
3. Jazz Band (6 pieces)

Other instructions/important information:

• Please don’t hang out in the band room – get your instrument/music and go immediately to the auditorium.
• Students are expected to stay and listen to the performances of ALL 3 ensembles!
• The concert counts as a Quarter 1 “Perform” assessment for students
