10:00-11:30: Rehearsal
11:30-01:00: Load (students are responsible for getting their equipment to the truck)
Lunch break
01:00 PM: All members meet in Band Room for final departure
01:15 PM: Departure from MPHS
02:15 PM: Arrival at E. Lincoln
02:40-03:10 PM: Change into uniforms
03:20-04:05 PM: Warm up period
04:15 PM: Gate (we’ll enter on Side B near the front sideline)
04:20 PM: MPMM Performance – “’Tis the Season”
04:40-07:30 PM: Change and hang up uniforms, re-enter stadium, eat, watch remaining bands
07:30-08:00 PM: Awards
08:15 PM: Departure from East Lincoln
09:00 PM: Return to MPHS. Put away equipment, clean up, go home
Notes and Reminders
• Bring cash for dinner at concession stands
• Come hydrated but also bring your own water
• YOU must remember your tall BLACK SOCKS and Band Shoes!
